Are the masks reusable and washable? 

Yes, you can reuse your mask you just need to change the filter. You can wash the mask just like you would wash your clothes. 

How often should I change my mask's filters? 

We recommend changing your filter after 40 hours of use. 

Where are your products shipped from?

Our products are currently shipped domestically in Australia via Australia Post. 

I am missing items from my order? 

If ordering multiple items please note that as we have multiple suppliers some orders may arrive at different times and sooner than others. Rest assured you will receive your package. 

Can I refund my order if I change my mind?

If you change your mind within 24 hours of placing your order and we are yet to dispatch your order you will be entitled to a full refund. If 24 hours have passed since placing your order and you change your mind we cannot offer you a refund. 

Do you offer returns or refunds?

We offer returns if your item is unused and in the same condition that you received it. Our returns policy last for 30 days from the date of your purchase. We only offer refunds if the product you receive is damaged or deemed to be faulty.

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

  • We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards & PayPal. 

Note that additional exchange fee may apply if your currency is other than AUD dollars.

    Order Placement

    Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method the for goods - we will ship your package within 3 business days.
